ANALYSIS AND CHANGE OF THE COMPANY PARADIGM

Understand the RPA scope and the impacts it will have on the company's present and future is the kick off. As part of its methodology, Dirwa offers a workshop with the objective of illustrating all the opportunities offered by the RPA. After the identification of the business model, the best automation teams and the acquisition of licenses are defined. Then a Proof of Concept is carried out and consists in automating a real process of the company so the functioning of the technology can be understood.

PROCESS
IDENTIFICATION

In this stage, a thorough analysis of all the processes of the company is carried out in order to detect and identify the processes and opportunities to be automated, maximizing the robots capacity and the hours of processing (purchased licenses). In this stage, the process circuit is also set up, independently or staggered, based on the nature of the business

IMPLEMENTATION

In this stage, the developed solutions are managed and implemented. During the implementation all the exceptions that will require human intervention or specific decisions are also determined. Also in this stage, as part of the process, we will work on the optimization of automation processes, monitoring the developer and controlling the quality of the automations

ACTIVATION

After the automation processes are implemented, maximized and running we start the last stage of the education and training of the RPA leaders for them to continue locally with the processes minimizing the dependency of external support by creating cores of internal competence. Dirwa also offers in this stage a constant and educational support enclosed in a global methodology that begins with the concept of RPA and ends with the implementation and full support of the implemented processes.
