This service offers two modalities: online distance training and on-site training. The distance training is provided from DiRWA Training Center, which is an online training platform with a wide variety of courses in Spanish based on Blue Prism standard content and complemented with videos that allow access to courses in any type of device, desktop, cell phone or tablet
DiRWA Academy, on the other hand, offers intensive on-site courses for developers in our training rooms in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and/or Monterrey (Mexico). The courses are taught in local language and were designed so the students can acquire experience configuring and maintaining the robots.
This service contemplates process automation using Blue Prism robots. The design of technical solutions for the automations is made with the delivery of a validated SSD. After the solution development, the logic of the process is tested to optimize the configuration before the tests of acceptance and the beginning of the production
The hiring of this service contemplates the monitoring and management of your process automation teams for a certain period until the program goals are reached.
Within the monitoring we will work on the automation plan definition, we will evaluate the preparation of your teams, the design of the automations and the test plan of the automations thus achieving a recurrent review of the control and maintenance during the hired service term
